This magnificent penthouse is located just a 100 m walk from Middelkerke beach. From the comfortable lounge chairs on the 2 spacious terraces, you can enjoy both the morning and evening sun to the fullest. The residence is ideal for family holidays, in fact, loved by families in particular. This holiday home has a supermarket, several brasseries and great restaurants only a stone's throw away. The elevator takes you to the hall of the apartment. Through one door you have access to the living room, and through the other door to the bedrooms and bathroom. A children's travel bed and a high chair are also provided. All practical amenities are present; coffee maker with filter + senseo, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, DVD player and an electric barbecue. At the back of the building, you have the possibility to safely store bicycles. The park is 100 m away and the tram stop is only 50 m from the house, and at the same distance is the spacious and affordable Normand Parking.
