This studio on the 7th floor is the perfect place for a relaxing seaside getaway. It features a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed and a bright, spacious living room with a sofa bed for two. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with a mini dishwasher and opens onto a beautiful sunny terrace, ideal for enjoying breakfast or a drink at sunset. The bathroom with shower and toilet has been completely renovated and offers modern comfort. For your entertainment, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Netflix are available. The residence enjoys an excellent location: within walking distance of shops and the tram stop, and right on the seafront and beach. A perfect spot to enjoy the sea, the sun, and pure relaxation!
