Positiv:1. Alles war sauber 2. Die Wohnung ist riesig3. Die Vermieterin zeigt sich erfolgreich bemüht, zum Beispiel wurde ein gewünschter Wasserkocher umgehend geliefert und kurzfristig ein abschließbarer Raum für Fahrräder geschaffen.4. Der Ort hat einen Autobahnanschluss.Negativ:1. Auf der Terrasse ist ein dauer-lärmender Abzug für die darunter liegende Pizzeria installiert, den man selbst in der Wohnung noch hört. Lärm und Geruch machen eine Nutzung der Terrasse unmöglich.2. Kein WLAN3. Das TV-Signal hat immer wieder Aussetzer (rauschen).4. Das nicht-italienische Programm war nur zeitweise zu empfangen.5. Keine Mikrowelle6. Kein Toaster7. Die Ortschaft ist für Touristen nicht attraktiv.Fazit:Man kann dort hausen, aber das ist keine Ferienwohnung.
