I had a wonderful stay at ULIV Cibeles. The room was modern, cozy, and spotless. The staff exceptional and kind. The neighborhood was beautiful with great restaurants all around. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting CDMX. Shout out to Edmundo.

Great property, loved the room and that this location was much quieter than ULIV Mexico City, my only issue was the extreme low water pressure in our room 1007, maintenance came and they said it was normal??!! Made the best of it, overall the bathroom needs a renovation. The location is great and excellent value for the money.

Staff was super nice, room clean and easily accessible, excellent location. The only thing I’d recommend is having better communication within the app for bookings/late checkouts etc. it was a little hard to get ahold of staff through there for clarifications.

The room was suppose to be a suite with view. 2 towels for a reservation for 3 people. Sink was leaking so it got all towels wet, shower head not working properly which cause a mess in the restroom. Balcony door broken, unable to lock door. Bed had dirty bed sheets and old pillows. Very small space for 3 people. Area is good and convenient but not a comfortable stay at all. Staff was friendly but all units are independently owned so they just make a note of things but do not make any repairs. I sent my complaint directly to through the app and they assured everything was in working conditions as if I was lying. Would not return nor recommend.

I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was pretty much walkable, if I needed to go out of the area, the Ubers were really cheap.
