The location is perfect, near all the tourist attractions, surrounded by good restaurants, a convenience store nearby, very safe at night, luxurious rooms, extremely quiet despite the city's chaos, you can walk to almost all the historic sites from the hotel. The room was very comfortable and quiet, just by closing the balcony nothing could be heard from outside, very clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the small kitchen comes well equipped. There's no room service, that comes as a separate service. For any future travels to CDMX I no longer have to look any further for my stay, this hotel is my choice in the future, no doubt.

I have stayed at other Uliv properties and loved them. However, this one was less than ideal. The rooms were small with very poor lighting and only a small mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom was not particularly well cleaned. The staff was polite and the gym amenities were fine and the hotel is located near walkable restaurants. I did have the least expensive room, but in comparison to the other Uliv properties, I would prefer not to rebook here with this room type.

I’ve stayed at ULIV properties 4 times in the past year, this is the first time at the cibeles location. The male receptionist was not rude but not nice. I asked for coffee pods which I’ve done before and he said they were a on time courtesy. The balcony’s left side glass panel was very loose, which was concerning. Finally the shampoo and conditioner were watered down, and the soap and moisturizer bottles at the sink were both filled with moisturizer. Not a bad experience, but Cibeles La Cima definitely set a high standard.

The hotel is fantastic for short and long term stays. Gym, business centre, laundry, and a nice terrace to hangout at. It's very walkable to lots of coffee shops, restaurants and bars. I would stay here again for sure

We are enjoying our stay. We are traveling with a small child and the front desk team has been very accommodating. They also assisted with extending our stay last-minute and took care of other requests. Edmundo at the front desk has been especially helpful.
