I was very surprised to discover that my room was up a back metal staircase on the fourth floor of this hotel, and that it was extremely rundown and equipped with a dirty sofa. Another guest told me that she also found herself in a room that required a trip down a hall to the bathroom. It is not at all what it claims to be. I spent one night in the horrible room before being moved to a slightly better room that was also full of battered furniture. This is bare bones at best and should not be advertised in any other way.

I loved Santa Casa. The location to me is superb. The staff very nice. It could use some updating in the bathroom as well as the room art. There’s noise at night coming from the restaurant next door but they provide a noise cancellation machine that helps mostly during the week. It’s the perfect hotel if you’re going to be out and about and need to be centrally located.

The property is ideally placed in Roma Norte next to bars,resteraunts and very accessible to many areas of mexico city. The staff are very kind and will help you no end. Very comfortable beds and always clean. Highly recommended.

La ubicación es perfecta, queda cerca de todo cafeterías, restaurantes. El personal muy amable y servicial te guían si necesitas ayuda, además el día del check out tienes la opción de dejar tus cosas resguardadas. La limpieza excelente. Solo consideren que el lugar queda en una zona un poco transitada así que pueden haber ruido en la noche.

Great location. Beautifully renovated old Roma house. If your priority is to be close to the Roma-Condesa action, it is a good alternative. Walking distance to a lot of the hip restaurants/bakeries, parks and public transportation Beware that staying in that part of town comes at a cost, lots of noise. Old houses there are not insulated enough to avoid the noise/temperature etc. The only problem with my room was the bathroom design that lacked any ventilation and the curtain design that let lots of light in through the night. The property provides ear plugs, but bring your sleep mask as well

This place its in a very safe and walkable area, so many good restaurants and bars near by a 10 minute uber ride from the zocalo center, the room was very clean and comfortable bed. We stayed in the Junior suite and Look forward to staying again here in our future visits.

Santa Casa was quiet, calm, and affordable. Because CDMX is about exploring, we didnt spendt too much time at the hotel, but it was the perfect place to call home for our week in Roma Norte. 10/10
