Please provide full refund

I booked this listing and never heard from the property owner. I flew all the way to CDMX and had nowhere to stay. My Spanish speaking friend called him and the guy said that the room was not supposed to be on the VRBO website. Well it was, I booked, was charged, received a confirmation number… Please fully refund me. This experience never happened. Thank you
