The Space:

This apartment is designed to offer comfort and practicality in every space. It has 3 well-distributed bedrooms that allow privacy and rest, in addition to 2 full bathrooms that facilitate coexistence without haste or complications. The combination of 1 King bed, 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds makes it ideal for hosting several guests comfortably.



The two sofa beds are in the living room area, this area has a sliding door to isolate it as a third room.



The vibe is cozy and functional, perfect for both short and long stays. Each area is designed to make you feel at home, either resting after a day in the city or sharing time with your group. It is a versatile space that adapts to different types of travel without losing comfort or style.

The neighborhood has a unique mix of local charm and cosmopolitan vibes, making it a fantastic base for experiencing the city. Come for the location, stay for the atmosphere—and fall in love with CDMX along the way.



Getting Around:

Getting around Mexico City is easy from this central location. ✨ Paseo de la Reforma is just minutes away, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and attractions all within easy reach. You can explore many nearby areas on foot, while Uber and other ride-hailing services are convenient options for getting around the city. Public transportation is also easily accessible, making it simple to discover everything CDMX has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

* Once the reservation has been made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. Nor can the dates be changed.



* Mexico City has experienced water shortages in the area. Given the possibility of service interruptions, we will be vigilant at all times.



* We have a garage available at the house for a medium-sized car. Parking a vehicle, whether inside the property or on public streets, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The accommodation assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them.



* We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have a washer and dryer, or are located near a laundromat.

It is important to note that towels that are stained or permanently damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find towels marked with the word “makeup” that you can use freely to remove makeup or for products that may stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
