Excellent location and lots of character in Roma!

Perfect location and neighborhood to explore the best of Mexico City! The apartment was spacious and clean, though in an older building, with smaller shower/bathrooms and signs of wear and use. The beds were really comfortable and earplugs were a "must have" to block the noise of the plaza -- though really only needed for the two rooms facing the street. We loved having the large living room to do yoga in the morning! The hosts were very responsive and helpful via What's App and proactive about communicating with us. A fabulous stay!

Perfect location

Lovely apartment in a perfect location for exploring Roma, Condessa etc., super walkable. Plaza Rio de Janeiro is popular with local dog owners and is great for hanging out and watching the action! Action on the park was noisy on the first Friday evening but was quiet every other evening of our 8 day stay. Check in and communication was a breeze, staff are professional and accommodating, answering emails and text messages quickly. We were able to check in early after our red eye flight which was a great way to start our holiday rather than stumble around exhausted until we could get in the suite. The suite is in an old building and has been nicely renovated. It was immaculately clean, well appointed for anything we needed. Beds are very comfortable. Loved our time in Roma.

Good location

The apartment was in a good location with lots of restaurants and a nice park. The concierge met us at the apartment to check us in and that went smoothly. While the apartment was nicely furnished, it was not as clean as I had expected. There were stains on the sofa and the seats of the dining room chairs. The bathrooms were tiny and looked as if they had been wiped down but not thoroughly cleaned. My husband bumped into one of the glass shelves in the larger of the 2 bathrooms and broke it because it wasn’t securely attached to the wall. We had to wait until the next day for maintenance to come and clean up all the shattered glass on the floor. My daughter hit her head on the corner of a glass shelf in the smaller of the two bathrooms which resulted in a nice dent and bruise on her forehead. We took those glass shelves down in that bathroom because they posed a real danger in such a small space. There was 1 drinking glass for 4 people and even though we requested 3 more, they never arrived. This apartment was one of the few available that had 3 bedrooms at a reasonable price but there were no reviews when I rented it. This is the last time I will rent a place that doesn't have reviews.
