The apartment was a nice size and clean and had all the amenities. The security was always present and we felt safe at the building. It is in a good location in Condesa and we walked everywhere.
Unfortunately, the service at the property was poor. It was advertised that the property provided free water and coffee. 2 bottles of water and 3 pods of coffee were in our room upon arrival. When we asked for more, we were told it was only a courtesy for the 1st day. No directions were provided for the washer/dryer and no one knew how to work it. Our room was never cleaned. Our trash was only emptied upon our request. Clean towels were only provided upon our request. The breakfast was fair. Our check-in was terrible as we were provided a room on the 5th floor, completely unpacked, only to be told 20 minutes later that we were in the wrong room and then had to move to the 4th floor. There are no elevators at the property.
