That lady was not only highly incompetent but also extremely rude and unprofessional. We has issued with our check in, check out, laundry, breakfast. Housekeeping….literally every aspect of the soft product was a disaster. They keep apologising but over a 2 week stay did not improve Absolutely a shame as the property is nice

The facilities are in poor condition. I stayed for three days, and on my second day, I returned to my room around 8 p.m. only to find it hadn’t been cleaned. Later that night, I was woken up by a call from the restaurant trying to charge me for someone else’s bill. On my last day, I had breakfast with a client, and the food was so bad it made me sick on the way to my next meeting.
