Unfortunately I can’t give this listing an accurate review as we were not placed in the unit pictured. I did reach out to the host and got no response. We were placed in a studio which I think was next door to the unit we were supposed to be in. There was no balcony & was not a one bedroom as listed that’s how I knew we were placed in a different unit. Our studio was just fine and in a great location. No issues at all with the property it’s more the principle & likely the price difference.

I stayed here for 2 months and overall it was great. The location is perfect and has so many options for food and drink available just steps away. You use access codes for the building and apartment so not needing keys was a dream come true. The listing shows this as a 2 bedroom, but it is really just 1 bedroom (with a very comfortable king bed!) and a sofa in the living room. The bedroom is just inside the apartment door so sometimes it can be a bit noisy when the people in the apartment next door arrive or leave. Balconies are also all around so sometimes people talk late into the night. It was never really loud but noisier than I expected. As a bad sleeper I sometimes was awakened at odd hours. Gabriel always responded to anything right away but at the beginning of my stay I had an issue that he said he would take care of but then said to talk to the gentlemen downstairs when I inquired about it again. If I would have known from the beginning to just contact them, it would have been a lot easier. I would stay here again but only for a shorter amount of time since I just couldn’t get used to the noise.

Great location but poorly managed

The location was wonderful, the apartment was very nice and the doorman (Rene) was very nice and helpful.The unit is for 3 people but only 2 towels and no blankets and sheets for the sofa bed. The Internet didn’t work, the water had very low pressure so not hot and a very small stream of water the last 2 1/2 days out of 5. No coffee or basic supplies at all in the kitchen…, etc.Very nice place, very poorly managed. Do not recommend it at all.

Great Location, Place Had what I needed

I would absolutely say that I would stay again if not for the noise/parties in the building and the very short showers. The team on site is great and they did come adjust the boiler for me which got me maybe another 30 seconds to a minute but I still could not complete a basic shower without running out of hot water. Each weekend, young partying guests came and the noise went on often into the wee hours. I was so looking forward to my stay on a quiet street but the lack of quiet hours made it difficult to enjoy around the weekends.

Beautiful place in Condensa

Stayed here for the weekend and the stay was great. Gabriel communicated very well and made our check in super smooth. Everything was the same as the pictures and had everything we could possibly need. My favorite thing about this place was the location. It was very walkable and so many different restaurants and coffee shops.

The room was advertised as 2 bedroom / 1 bath but the ad was deceiving and misleading. The 2nd bedroom was simply a couch in the common area. Had our friends arrived as scheduled they would have had to rent elsewhere ... very disappointing and deceptive. But... very nice as a 1 bedroom apartment for 2
