I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the building and decor are. High quality, good finishes, and elegant. The lobby bar and restaurant look great. The room was spacious, looked brand new, and very modern. It also had a balcony, but would have liked for it to face the WTC which I think would have been a nicer view.

Dirty rooms

Second time I stay here, and cleanliness of the room has been an issue both times. This time it was worse. The room was poorly cleaned upon arrival (hair on the floor, trash in a trashcan) and the available room to switch had a dirty toilet. I preferred to stay in the original room to discover later that the coffee machine had not been cleaned, the coffee cup was dirty, and the water in the shower didn't drain. Even when all the staff was very nice, it was a disappointing experience because of how dirty the rooms were.

Absolute perfection in Mexico City.

What an incredibly wonderful experience to stay at this hotel. I travel a lot and it’s rare that a hotel is absolute perfection. Such is the case with the Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet hotel in the WTC. I look forward to my next day.

The hotel condition are good but the lack of staff at the front desk is terrible, my keys were deactivated twice at the stay and had to make a 20 min line to fix it, also i made the reservarvation and paid online and had a 220 usd charge for an already paid nigth it was fixed quick, hope they hire and train their front desk staff
