The staff were simply wonderful. The hotel very clean, comfortable bed, hot shower, 10 minute walk from the Alameda park central bus line right out front. I will definitely stay here again. Very nice hotel for the price. In our opinion, the only downside was the restaurant food.

Our third stay over the past 6 years and still a great spot for convenience and friendly staff. However, we were extremely disappointed by the breakfast menu and food. Probably the worse “Mexican” breakfast ever and we have travelled all over Mexico and eaten in roadside stands which were great and much more economical. Time to step up the kitchen to match the hotel facilities. Small portions and 2day old tortillas which were inedible. Beans , very small portion ánd were mostly broth and huevos Mexicana ,,,,maybe one egg, no chile and poco jitomate. 350pesos? Eat down the street but hotel is great.

Hotel muy limpio y los empleados bien amables y atentos. Toda la habitacion funcional., todo trabaja muy bien, agua caliente, aire acondicionado, television. Cerca a paseo de la reforma, monumento a revolucion y llegas facil a el centro historico. Me hospefaria otra vez.
