The room was very clean and beautiful. It was a very convenient stay in an excellent location. The service was amazing. I didn’t get to try the breakfast because I had to take a flight that morning before breakfast. Overall, I will be booking this hotel next time for my stay in CDMX !

Hotel is not in a very good area but I never felt unsafe. Rooms are nice and clean. Restaurant food is good and staff is helpful. Water pressure and temperature suck. Romano at the front desk was awesome.

Clean and location was perfect for walkable distance for Dia de los Muertos events. The staff was nice but the only feedback was they seems not to communicate correctly between shift, since we had arrange breakfast boxes (due to an early morning tour) with the afternoon shift, confirm a second time with the night shift and then when we went the next day, boxes were not made and not accountable for the mistake. They told us no information was written or communicated to them.
