I can not review this property. On leaving they gave no receipt! I asked and was told I would receive an email with my receipt in about an hour. I watched for it waiting for my international flight. nothing. I have messaged them 3 times. No response at all! I need a breakdown of my fees. My bill is $623.00 more than I ever anticipated. I am very upset. What business does not give a customer at a hotel a receipt upon leaving. What can I do now? I am home. I have no recourse but to suck it up! Never again. Terrible business practices.

Excellent service from all the staff. Rooms and all guest areas of the hotel were clean. Upon arrival to our room, we found a hand-written note from the hotel manager. It might not seem like a big deal but for us it was a heart-warming note showing genuine appreciation. Area was quiet, close to many restaurants and walkable distance to El Zocalo. Breakfast at the cafe was very good and staff was very attentive. Definitely highly recommended

Clean rooms and wonderful staff. Valeria was very kind and helpful. Valeria went above and beyond each day to make our stay feel amazing. The food at the hotel was delicious and the cafe was a huge plus. The hotel is at a great location and it was a great stay for our family.
