The property itself is great, it has a kitchen, cutlery, and the bed and sheets are great.
There is a bad smell in the room that never got out, and since there is no window to the outside there is little ventilation other than the AC, which did not get the smell out either, we got used to the smell in a short time but still we noticed it whenever we returned.
The staff does not speak English, they know a few key phrase but any conversations require Google Translate. They are very helpful with any issue I had though. But the description that said the staff speaks English is untrue.
The worst part of all is that there appears to be only one fire exit, with no fire escape plan, and the exit can only be opened with a key card; so the entire time of my stay I was worried that during a fire, what would happen if I forgot to bring the key card or the circuitry of the lock is destroyed by the fire.
