Really beautiful place. It’s a historic building that has been lovingly restored by the owner. Great water pressure. Apartment was located 100 meters from the Piazza Duomo, shopping and restaurants. Great spot for a day to explore Messina or take the ferry to mainland Italy. Breakfast was not included in the booking but the host provided it for free anyway. Highly recommend this B&B.

Pros:Antonella and Rosario, our hosts, were super friendly and helpful in settling us into our room, and giving us information about the area. Our room and facilities we could not fault. Location within walking distance to historical area and local restaurants. Parking was relatively easy. Cons: We checked in on a Saturday and the street noise, that night, until 230am was quite distracting. Sunday night was far better. Left on Monday so cannot comment on weekdays. Overall a very positive experience.

The room was really nice with comfortable bed and a good shower. The breakfast is just packaged goods and stale cereal but tea, coffee etc is good. We stayed on a Friday night, arriving quite late. We were awoken many times throughout the night with cars racing up the street and often with music blaring. To our surprise in the morning, the street that we thought must have a main road, was just a small street. Anyway, this is not the fault of the property. They were very nice and helpful and let us leave our bags after check out.
