The apartment is sandwiched between the lake and Merimbula's main surf beach which is a 2 minute stroll around the beautiful boardwalk.

Both apartments also have a folding baby cot for your convenience. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you could need, including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a walk in shower, heated towel rail and a separate toilet. There is a washing machine in the laundry and a clothes line in the yard for drying. Excellent! Walking distance: beach, & (longer) shops. Quiet, spacious, clean & well appointed. Covered parking. Nice view of garden, lake to main town. Queen & king beds. Two toilets. Small washing machine (hard on clothes) airer, microwave and kitchen. Responsive agent.
