Stayed in winter. House is inadequately heated. Only old gas heaters in the two lounge rooms. P
House needs updating. Needs more heating for winter. Needs electric blankets
Plenty of warm blankets, very much needed because the house is cold.

Location and space but tired property
Very walk-able location! Lots of rooms. Ease of communication with manager and access to property.
But property is showing it's age. Renovations are overdue and so the property does not feel as clean or spacious as I would like. This is reflected in my overall rating.
