Villa Jaime by Villa Plus

Villa Jaime is in a great central position within the popular Menorcan resort of Arenal den Castell, overlooking the seafront below. A leisurely 5 minute stroll through the resort, past its many cafes, restaurants and shops, will bring you to the beautiful, large sandy bay. The front terrace, living area and first floor are all sea-facing, with the large private swimming pool and BBQ situated in a more private position at the back of the house. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa Jaime is a semi-detached villa only 5 minutes' walk from one of the best sandy beaches on the island! Steps and a pathway, accessed from across the street, lead through the resort to the beachfront below. A choice of bars, restaurants and a local shop can be found further along the same street, as well as down by the seafront. Several attractions, the golf course, alternative beaches and family activities are within a short drive, and for larger parties, Villa Bellavista is next door.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
