Merano is a medieval city surrounded by nature, full of romantic and historical places. Famous for the care of its gardens and its spas.
In the historic heart of the city, located in an ancient building, there is this charming and romantic apartment, recently renovated and carefully furnished by the owners to make it their home.
An ancient door leads into the characteristic atrium that ends with a rock wall and leads us towards the typical staircase, covered with historical prints, which takes us to the upper floors where the apartment is located.
Consisting of a large living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a large double bedroom and a bathroom, it offers a comfortable and charming home for four people. The apartment is completed by a beautiful terrace where you can have lunch or relax while admiring the roofs of the old city and, in the distance, the Passirio valley.
The features of the building, the refined details of the apartment and the furnishings create a particularly warm atmosphere full of glamour and romance.
Located right in the center, just a few steps from the characteristic porticos, it allows you to reach many and more important destinations without using a car. The splendid walks embellished with flower beds, typical of Merano, are practically outside the front door and the famous Thermal Baths are a 5-minute walk away.
The ideal place to experience a relaxing holiday immersed in the typical reality of the city and to live totally immersed in the atmosphere steeped in history and local culture.
Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
Drinks and food are not provided but we do provide soaps and shampoos.

The apartment was a terrific older unit just up the street from the Duomo. It was very comfortable for the two of us for three weeks. Alberto, the host, and his wife were very accommodating.

Sehr schön, die Wohnung hat Charme und liegt zentral. Absolut netter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber, er hat mich zur Tiefgarage begleitet und eine Ausnahmegenehmigung für die verkehrsberuhigte Zone besorgt. Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, für 2 Personen sehr groß, aber viele spannende Details (Bilder, Literatur, Musik, sogar ein Klavier...)

Zentrale Lage

Gute Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Ideal für unseren Urlaub in Meran. Die Stadt und ein schöner Wanderweg waren vor der Haustür. Und für Fahrten zu Weingütern oder Wandertouren in der Umgebung ist Meran ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt.

Die Fewo liegt in einer grossen Baustelle mit dem entsprechenden Baulärm und Dreck ab halb acht Uhr morgens. Diese Information steht bis heute nicht in der Anzeige. Mit dieser Information hätten wir die Wohnung niemals gebucht! Ansonsten handelt es sich um eine Altbauwohnung mit durchschnittlicher Ausstattung in guter Lage von Meran.

Eine tolle Wohnung in idealer Lage zum Zentrum von Meran, da nimmt man auch gerne in Kauf, das man nicht davor parken kann. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt und die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für 2 Personen und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem sehr schönen Bad.
