It’s a very good hotel, very well located. Be cautious when checking out, they very casually asked me to swipe my card to pay for the stay BUT with a simple issue, they were about to charge me double tariff. Know your Argentinian pesos conversion prior to paying nothing.

Great Value and Elegance in Mendoza City Center

We have stayed at the Huentala twice now, and find it to be an excellent value. It is well located and shares some nice amenities with it's co-owned neighbors - the Hilton Curio and Sheraton. The included breakfast is nice, the room was big enough with the slightly smaller bathroom the only minor negative.

Excellent, but...

Although the accommodations and service were excellent, I have two negative points to highlight: 1. The room and bathroom, even with all the lamps turned on, are very dark. 2. The shower stall, with the shower head above the toilet, is very slippery. This is especially true for people with larger feet who tend to step on the curved sides of the tub. A non-slip flooring is necessary.
