La Dolce Casa is a lovely 7-bed vacation home for rent in San Foca, the most famous of Melendugno`s marinas along the Adriatic coast. The house is less than 1 km from the sea.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, outdoor shower, mosquito nets, barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Pets allowed.

chairs. The house also has a back garden, paved, where you can have
lunch and dinner outdoors, equipped with barbecue fireplace, washhouse,
washing machine and outdoor shower.

home La Dolce Casa are simple and cozy. They open with a wide corridor
along which the different rooms open.
There are 2 double rooms
and 1 triple room with a bunk bed + 1 single bed. An air-conditioned
living room furnished with table and chairs, TV and sofa, a kitchenette
with covered veranda, and 1 full shower room complete the house.

within walking distance of the sea and all major services.

Foca is one of the liveliest seaside tourist destinations in the
province of Lecce, one of the most popular seaside resorts for vacations
in Salento on the Adriatic coast. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 45 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
