The open-plan design seamlessly connects the living and dining areas with direct balcony access and sunset views over the beach. Unwind in the cozy leather lounge, which includes split-system AC, a large smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a refreshing sea breeze when the balcony doors are open. The kitchen and living spaces are located on the top floor.

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The ground level features three elegantly designed bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The luxurious master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, built-in robes, split-system AC, and a private ensuite. The second and third bedrooms, perfect for couples or children, are furnished with tri-bunks (a single bed over a double). Each room includes built-in robes and split-system AC. The family bathroom is located on the ground floor, while a third toilet is available upstairs.

Outside
Positioned just meters from the breathtaking Rye beaches and the coastal walking track, this home offers a single garage with internal access and driveway parking for a second vehicle. Enjoy wine, dining, and BBQs on the balcony, or leave the car behind and explore nearby local cafés and restaurants.

Getaway Property Management Terms & Conditions:

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
