Hotel needs an upgrade. Physical keys needed to access the entry and room. Couch in the living room was in a very poor condition. Water pressure in the shower was bad. We got woken up by a couple fighting in front of their daughter outside at 3am, not what I expected from a Quest and the money I paid for the hotel.
One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Staff are absolutely amazing

Will never book Quest again
Booked an accessible room; to be provided an upstairs room accessible by stairs only and shower over bath.
As someone who cannot walk stairs, it was impossible to access the room.
Apparently was provided a refund in full, but cannot see any evidence of refund being processed, other than a screenshot provided by the Quest Receptionist.
This was all despite being contacted within minutes of first making the booking to ask why I was coming to Frankston from Sydney. Shake & Stir's 1984 was on at the Frankston Arts Centre, the last East Coast performance being they head to WA.
Excellent communication, friendly staff and good value all round.

A bit too close for comfort.
A bit noisy we were in 18b and 18a is obviously usually a shared family space .
Our neighbours felt like they were in the room with us . No noise reduction on adjoining door . That would make a huge difference.
We liked the property and it was within walking distance of entertainment and dining.

Was given a free upgrade upon arrival there was an issue with the room however the staff were very responsive and quick to provide us with a new room and apologised for the issue.
Well appointed full apartment, oven, stove, washer, dryer, etc . Car parked near unit sort of similar to motel.

Disappointing stay at this hotel
Reception was friendly and welcoming and we were located in a quiet part of the hotel. That was lovely but .... our room had a very strong smell of disinfectant when we arrived; it was overpowering. The bed was just OK but no pillows to suit a range of sleepers: all four pillows soft and quite thin. Window would not close. Living area was clean but the bathroom was awful. Soap scum in the bath. Both bath taps were loose and falliing off. The bathroom floor was sticky, with mouldy, dirty grout (def needed a good scrub). Shower arrangement loose and fiddly to use. Shower screen not clean and tired looking. TV would not connect to internet. We came here because it was cosidered to be 'exceptional' accommodation. It was nowhere near that, at least in this room (03B).
