Great apartment but average management
The apartment is nice and the building has great facilities, ie pool, gym, sauna, steam room. Location is great with easy access to trams/busses and short ride into the city. Beds were very comfortable.
What lets this apartment down is the management. First issue was our keytags didn’t work to access the apartment. After multiple conversations via email/text (they won’t communicate by phone call) turns out batteries needed replacing which meant half a day without access and had to rely on concierge. Place was advertised as supplying linen, but that meant 1 towel and 1 hand towel per person for nine days and this was to be used for the pool and showering. We were told we could wash and dry between using pool and shower and air on the drying rack (when there wasn’t even one at the apartment). They did purchase and drop off part way through the stay. Washing and drying towels was a 4-5 hr process.Microwave and oven still had food splattered through them. Cleaners were sent back, but only cleaned oven not microwave. Iron blew a fuse when we used it, which turned off power to kitchen including fridge. Noone could tell us where fuse box was in the apartment. Tried phoning property manager numerous times and she wouldn’t pick up, called emergency number and they didn’t know and never called back. Eventually concierge helped. Ad said coffee machine, but no there wasn’t one, not even a plunger. Apparently this was an error in listing. A lot of wasted time spent dealing with issues

Great Apartment in Melbourne
We stayed at this place for 5 nights during our time in Melbourne. We really enjoyed staying at the apartment as they were very comfortable beds and the unit was quite nice. We enjoyed using the pool and the hot tub at the complex and especially enjoyed the views of the bay and the ocean from the balcony. The location of the apartment is great with short walks to get groceries, or to see the botanical gardens. A little bit of a longer walk to get downtown, but can be done if you were fit. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

We had the best time in this comfortable apartment. Nice layout and balcony of the apartment. The recidence was really nice with the pool, gym and parking space. Easy to access the park and South Yarra with all the restaurant but still very close to the city centre.

A little disappointed as when first entered apartment stained white carpet leading into the main bedroom greeted us, then looking around the balance of the premises quite a few cleaning/damaged items were noted and then photos and emails were sent back and forward to the manager. We feel the overall presentation lacked a proper check before relenting.
