LINEN This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow protectors. You are to bring top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow slips, bathroom towels, bathroom floor mat, bathroom hand towel, Beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

The location of this property is excellent and facilities are good. Only poor feature was the double beds were poor quality and any partner movement made the bed move.

Location location location
Location was absolutely amazing with this property being right across the road from the beack. Also walking distances to either Blairgowrie shops or Rye shops.
There were 2 families so suited us with ones family sleeping upstairs and the other downstairs.
Kids loved the gaming area.

Nice house for a long enjoyable weekend
The location of the house is very nice - close the beach and shops - the house have a nice distance beach view with good privacy and kids friendly games and a wide backyard . We enjoyed our stay .
