Cheap, good location. Hot water went off for 48 hours and banging pipes kept us awake until the boilers were replaced for the building (quite quickly). Our room had no working washing machine so we were moved. Cleaning staff left our room unlocked twice. I asked for a refund for the 2 days without hot water, and did not receive a reply.

The bathroom could be made safer by having more of an angle on the tiling to drain the water directly into the drain rather than around the bathroom. Very clean in all areas. Thank you.

This was the second time I have stayed here as the location and facilities are just what you need for a city break. Its easy access to the train station to get in and out of the city, the apartments are spacious, comfortable and easy access to shops and supermarkets for supplies.
