Location was good, on arrival nobody at reception had to call for service. Then opened room door and key wouldn't come out called for assistance had to use 2 hands to get key out, one on key the other to hold then key barrel so it wouldn't move. Not and ideal start.

Lovely Hotel

The staff were friendly and really lovely to deal with. Very helpful and kind. Rooms were comfy and spa worked really well. The room opens out to courtyard that is shared with 2 other rooms. Didn't really use it but good to have that option.

My wife & baby stayed to the Masada Hospital directly behind it, so location for that was perfect. Staff were friendly. My 7 year old loved the heated pool.
