The Neighborhood: Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Elizabeth & Franklin St at the Light House Apartments, only a 3min walk to Queen Victoria Market, RMIT or Melbourne Central station with access to everything all under the one roof.
You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.
Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

Getting Around: Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop at the corner of Elizabeth & La Trobe St, just a 2min walk away from us.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min walk away from us.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “58 Franklin Street Melbourne VIC 3000” just across the road from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
