Service was friendly and efficient. Slight delay in check in due to my room not being ready for my check in time (2pm). Parts of the carpet in my room were poorly laid leading to concrete flooring underneath the carpet being visible. At the end of the day my stay was extremely pleasant. Public transport hubs are in very close proximity. With lots of dining options all in very close proximity.

Great location being situated close to all the local amenities and the city. Excellent, efficient and very helpful customer service at check-in. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being on busy Lygon St. North facing room made all the difference in Melbourne mid-winter. As a past resident of North Carlton, I would highly recommend this property.
