The room was ok for sleeping otherwise it was in need of proper clean the kitchen bench was not wiped down still coffee stains from previous guests the floors needed a vacuum the tv wasn’t working properly although we didn’t use it much sheets looked clean a bit more attention to detail would be great place parking was great we had a larger car we used the secure parking

Initial communication was poor (as we were due to land late) it took quite a few attempts to have them reply to our emails. On arrival one of the lifts was oddly wrapped in black plastic, the rooms were filthy (don’t think they know what a hoover is). It certainly isn’t not as the photos show, very shabby furniture and poorly maintained. Not a 4* facility at all. We were lucky to gain a full refund on complaining about the state of the place and checking out less than an hour after checking in.

room was disgusting, felt like it has not been cleaned properly in a long time,windows were filthy, dining table not wiped down properly, bathroom shower floor had black scum in the grouting everywhere, this has not been cleaned properly in months or years. There was hair on the couches the skirting boards have thick dust all throughout everywhere. We booked 3 apartments they were all the same. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

The entire apartment was filthy. The sheets had not been washed, food and dirty. Finger marks all over the fridge and light switches and glass table. Huge puddles of water on bathroom floor. When I spoke to receptionists both days they just said sorry I'll pass it on. No compensation for staying in filth. Would never go back and do not recommend. As well as no wifi or Internet, I'm sure a back packers would be more comfortable.
