The owners of the beautiful family house in Medulin invite you to enjoy a holiday in a peaceful atmosphere. The first thing you notice when entering the fenced-in plot is the spacious and partly paved terrace with garden furniture. The stone wall surrounding the property in combination with the vines ensures peace and privacy. The furnishing is cosy, on the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and the bedrooms are on the upper floor. The ground floor is tiled, while the bedrooms have wooden floors.

Medulin-Gemischte Gefühle

Ankommen war schwierig, da Google-Maps mit der angegebenen Adresse nicht zurecht kam. Beim Ankommen wurden Differenzen zwischen der Beschreibung in der Anzeige und der Realität festgestellt. Der persönliche Empfang fehlte, lediglich Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Aufenthalt: Bellende Duelle der Hunde in der Nachbarschaft Tag und Nacht sowie stetiger Straßenlärm stören die Erholung enorm. Weder das Reisebüro Blaue Adria, sowie der Vermieter vor Ort trugen nicht zur Lösung von Problemen bei.

Super schön

Ein tolles Haus, super mit Klimaanlagen die es möglich machen auch bei sehr heißen Tagen gut schlafen zu können. Drausen ist sehr viel überdacht mit Pflanzen daher wird es auch im Garten nicht zu heiß. Der strand ist 10-15 minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Alles in allem war es für uns das richtige

Sehr geehrter Herr Kiwitt, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und dem Service. Wir sind um 11:00 angekommen und durften gleich unser Haus beziehen, alles verlief problemlos. Es war ganz nah zum Meer und auch in die Stadt, Supermarkt etc. Vielen Dank, wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub! Liebe Grüße, Daniela Kriegl
