As a IHG member was not reated very well ordered a sandwich and was informed i could not take it to the room.. was upgraded with no city view, when originally booked city view. The vanity mirror light was not working.. Hiwever, staff were friendly. Helped bolk our train tickets.

The location of the hotel is excellent for our prophet mosque. Staff are friendly and cooperative. The room is comfortable, but had smoking smell which was annoying. Cleaning of the rooms after guests leave should be supervised.

So close to the Masjid Nabway. So far (15 min walk) from women gates, however they provide shuttle bus for women to the gates. Room is clean and service is excellent. The restaurant food quality and varieties are excellent.

Holy travel

It was basically a good stay , initially it was no good but the duty manager intervened nd things thereafter were smooth. I m member of IHG nd hotel. Com inspite of that initial response was ordinary nd simplistic wch i never expected from crown plaza. Later things were better. Overall a good stay
