This hotel was absolutely exceptional. Hannah checked us in and she was wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was mind blowing. It was super clean and supplied with everything we would ever need and then some. Breakfast was unbelievable. We had made to order omelets & they have numerous other regular breakfast selections. Would definitely definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service.

The staff went out of their way to make this an excellent stay. I rather wish we had a reason to stay in Medicine Hat for longer. The breakfast in the morning was spectacular. The room was really much better than I expected. Very clean and a comfortable bed. The darkout shades made sleeping easy. The bathroom was clean and the shower had really good pressure. Would definitely stay here again if I happen to be in town.

Once I got to the Medicine Hat Best Western Premier, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that just the check-in was good, plenty of carts to store luggage, they offered water, rooms were nice and clean, the Continental breakfast was actually the biggest surprise - it was set up really well in the fact that you could see people behind this seat like it was an open kitchen, and everybody honestly was right from the beginning, like front desk people, at the people at the you know, just yeah, pretty much good service everywhere.

Very clean hotel. Amenities were perfect. The pool and slide were so fun, perfect for burning off energy after a travel day. The breakfast was incredible and was by far the best free hotel breakfast we have tried. Super close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Calgary. This hotel was the best one we’ve stayed in. Super clean, regular beds are comfortable, nice staff, great breakfast. Only complaint is that the sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Might be ok for little kids but really the mattress needs to be replaced.

The staff are super friendly! Breakfast is delicious and there is a lot of variety. There are lots of special touches for guests like complementary water bottles and fruit. The suite we stayed in was super clean. Very easy to get to off of Highway 1. We can’t recommend to stay here enough.

We had a great stay there, pool was fun for all of us. Rooms were clean and mostly comfortable. Only downside, was that we could hear the toilet flushing from above us.

Wry welcoming staff, breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had - lots of great options. The room was spotless and the bed and sheets comfortable. The only complaint I have is the tv. I could not access Netflix.
