NOISY. The noise from the street sounds like you’re in a nightclub until 4am. And I was at the top of the hotel (those poor souls on the third floor). Maybe if you’re young and partying all night, this is for you. If you enjoy sleep - better think twice. Breakfast was ok. It is NOT a buffet. And the portion is rather small. You’ll die of thirst before a second cup of coffee is offered to you. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. Ultimately, I bailed out of this hotel for a quieter one with a better breakfast.

Front desk staff, houskeeping and maintenance were all amazing! Room was spotless and bed was very comfortable! If it bothers you and you don't wear earplugs or drink enough alcohol :) the noise from outside parties is loud until late. We had so much fun it did not bother us as we fell right asleep! The adjacent restaurant is lovely, the staff are so nice and the food was delicious! Free breakfast was great! No complaints.....did not have irons in the rooms but I had one brought to me within 5 minutes of arriving! And finally, this is common in South American hotels but there is never a coffee pot :) I hate having to "get presentable" to go downstairs very early in the morning to get coffee :) Highly recommend and will stay here again!

I didn’t get the room I saw in the pictures on Expedia. It was a total different room, but the hotel was beautiful. I waited a while for my room, and I watched others that checked in after me get escorted to their room(s).

The front desk is often the key to every hotels success or failure. Eduardo in particularly went out of his way on many occasions to help me on every way. I've been here before several times so I highly recommend this hotel. Short walk to restaurants, about 15 minutes to the second park of Laureles, 10 minutes to a good mall.
