Yes, The room was very nice but 4 times the toilet seat broke in 1 day. I told them they need to fix this but they would make a temporary fixture. The hotel staff was excellent, but the Hotel standard has go down, I stayed here 2 years back , everything was excellent, but this time around lots of issues. When i would call the operator to connect me to t he reception she would say ' we are not suppose to connect guest to the reception and leave a message with us'. When i did that , no one would call back for hrs. There were a lot of other issues . we had to change room due to flooding in the bathroom, and that too not until the 24 hrs. I give 2 stars cause the housekeeping and room service was very good and that fact when they moved us to a different room the view was good.

I was paid 460 for two room for three nights When I check in the luggage is coming after 40 minutes and the room smell not good I’m very expensive equal the price.

Quality of service has gone down a lot . Specially for Fairmont gold they r giving normal room and elevator has to be changed 3 times . Service is now horrible. No extra water or pillow given after repeated request . Room service is now horrible . Last 5 years we stay but this time is the last stay .
