Overall it was a good experience. But housekeeper tended to our room for upper 1/5 days we were there which led to a lack in towel and water. Very frustrating when you have a 5 month old who needs filtered water for baby formula and creates a messy room.

Very good location it's very closed to haram but very bad room beds are not comfortable at all. Bathroom are small like motels. I found broken refrigerator safe and toilet are not flashing i have to call times horrible service.

If you are coming for Umrah or Hajj, this is the best place to stay! Building is almost connected to Al Haram gates 89-90. The only small issue is the elevators. They are a bit confusing. But I learned within a day and was fine navigating this labyrinth of a building. It is huge and it is marvellous! Breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. You just feel the upscale atmosphere and luxury everywhere. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Haram view is a room where you see Al Haram from a distance as a whole and Kaaba view is lower floors with the view focused on the Holy Kaaba.
