This haven of peace and tranquility offers you all the modern luxuries in an eco-friendly spirit.
This deumeure is equipped with a supressing well with solar pump (goodbye the water cuts) and the whole house is solar powered (no worries about power cuts either). It has 3 bedrooms, 1 air-conditioned but all 3 ventilated. There are 3 large double beds and 1 extra single bed in the middle bedroom. This house has a breathtaking view of the ocean from the terrace. It has a well equipped kitchen (open concept with dining room). All beds have mosquito nets. There is a water heater for the 2. 5 showers it has when needed. A giant fridge and a 43cm flat TV. A huge pool in a well blooming garden. A Guardian in his local separate 24/24 and a housekeeper for the household and could make succulent meals when needed for a little extra money! Let yourself be rocked by the waves of where you are in the house! Welcome!!!
