Beautiful garden (1,500 m2) with barbecue area, veranda (80 m2), 4 parking spaces on the property, free wifi.

The villa is located in a residential area, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature of this part of Sicily. The historic center is 1.5 km away, and only 2.5 km away is the nearest beach, and is in a great position to visit all the wonders of western Sicily, 4km from the Nature Reserve di Capofeto, 30Km from Selinunte (the largest archaeological park in Europe), 35Km from the airport of Birgi (Trapani), and 90km from that of Palermo, sites of marvelous beauty close at hand, such as Segesta, the Saline, the Quarries of Cusa, the Aeolian Islands, Scala dei Turchi ... etc ...
