Bonjour, Nous souhaitons partager notre expĂ©rience suite Ă  notre arrivĂ©e dans l’établissement. Concernant notre accueil, aucun service bagages n’a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©. Nos valises ont Ă©tĂ© contrĂŽlĂ©es, mais aucune aide ne nous a Ă©tĂ© apportĂ©e pour les monter en chambre, alors que deux chariots Ă©taient pourtant disponibles. Une erreur a Ă©tĂ© faite Ă  l’accueil : on nous a remis un rĂ©capitulatif de sĂ©jour mentionnant une nuit de moins que prĂ©vu. Nous avons dĂ» revenir pour signaler l’erreur, alors que le paiement pour deux nuitĂ©es avait bien Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ© via Expedia. L’employĂ© a dĂ» prendre mon tĂ©lĂ©phone pour vĂ©rifier la preuve de rĂ©servation, puis s’absenter pour faire une vĂ©rification en interne avant de revenir. Cela soulĂšve de vraies questions sur leur organisation. C’est extrĂȘmement prĂ©occupant qu’un Ă©tablissement de ce standing ne soit pas capable de gĂ©rer correctement les rĂ©servations. Plus tard aux alentours de 23h: Nous avons contactĂ© la rĂ©ception pour obtenir des bouteilles d’eau. On nous a demandĂ© de patienter 15 minutes ou de venir les rĂ©cupĂ©rer nous-mĂȘmes. Finalement, aprĂšs plus de 45 minutes d’attente et un nouvel appel, un employĂ© est venu immĂ©diatement nous apporter de l’eau, Ă©voquant un problĂšme de personnel. À notre deuxiĂšme jours , la piscine Ă©tait inaccessible alors qu’il Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  13h. Nous avons demandĂ© un parasol prĂšs de notre transat, mais cela nous a Ă©tĂ© refusĂ© malgrĂ© la prĂ©sence visible d’un socle. Par ailleurs, une forte odeur d’urine Ă©tait perceptible sur l

Un excellent séjour avec un personnel trÚs pro

Un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet hĂŽtel trĂšs trĂšs bien entretenu. Hormis une hĂŽtesse d’accueil qui ne s’est pas du tout montrĂ©e professionnelle, le reste du personnel Ă©tait vraiment top, mention spĂ©ciale Ă  Mounnir qui a mĂȘme eu la gentillesse de nous faire visiter d’autres chambres pour un Ă©ventuel prochain sĂ©jour. La restauration de l’hĂŽtel est plutĂŽt de bonne qualitĂ©. Manque tout de mĂȘme quelques attentions dans les chambres pour un 5 Ă©toiles: chaussons, peignoirs, snacks dans le mini bar qui reste vide tout le sĂ©jour. A noter que l’hĂŽtel rĂ©nove actuellement la zone piscine ce qui promet de belles baignades pour cet Ă©tĂ© Je ne manquerai pas de redescendre dans cet hĂŽtel lors d’un prochain sĂ©jour en AlgĂ©rie
