In the hamlet Škalniški with 6 houses 4 km from the centre of Jurdani, 8 km from the centre of Matulji, 10 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny position, 11 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, in the woods. For shared use: meadow 1'000 m2. Boccia, badminton, children's playground (slide, swing). Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), lawn 60 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 3 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, arbour (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (1.7 km via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach 11 km, public bathing area 11 km, concrete beach 11 km.
