Excellent apartment located in the Mediterrâneo II - Iberostar condominium, with full infrastructure, 24-hour concierge, outdoor pool, garden and is just 250m from Ibero beach.
The property has a beautifully decorated living and dining room, a cozy balcony overlooking the condominium, two comfortable air-conditioned suites and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary items for your stay.
We take great care of the apartment, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
***A deposit of R$900.00 is required. This must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be returned within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
****You will need to send documents for registration and release at the reception/property.
The rooms are made up as follows:
Suite 1: Closets, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, 1 queen-size bed;
Suite 2: Split air conditioning, blackout curtains, closets, fan, 1 single bed with extra bed, 2 single mattress.
The residential complex is distributed around a large swimming pool with a wooden deck and barbecue area (paid separately).
The resort is gated, with 24-hour security! In addition, it has a Beach Club, access to the hotel shops, pharmacy, children's area, sports leisure area with tennis and squash courts and swimming pools.
