Lovely house in a hilly location, facing the sea and the lake of Massaciuccoli, with a great view. No neighboring properties- large living with fireplace, dining room, kitchen (fridge-freezer, stove, oven, dish-washer) . 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, panoramic terrace with outdoor facilities (tables, chairs, lazy chairs), garden (400 sq. meters) olive grove- interesting location: 20 'drive from Viareggio and its sandy beaches, 20 km. from Lucca and Pisa and their monuments, 70 km. from Florence (possible day trip) - Massaciuccoli is Puccini's lake, so for the opera fans, it is possible to visit the composer's villa and attend his operas performed in a huge open-air theater by the lake
