Just what we wanted after two weeks of busy touring northern Italy and ready for the views, the comfort, the quiet, the nearby hiking and the AMAZING outdoor kitchen. We loved this place. If we’re ever blessed enough to get back, we’d love to stay here again. Maria was the connection point at check in and check out and she was lovely.

The place is lovely and quiet and Maria was wonderful. It is important to note that the car is not near the house, there is a few minutes walk to a designated parking lot. We had a great time, the view was breathtaking. We hope to return again ❤️ Thank you very much, we miss you already 😊

My husband and I used the car once to go into town for lunch but other than that we cozied in which is exactly what the place is great Thank you very much for such a beautiful stay. Your were most helpful and very prompt in responses. We will definitely be staying again.

The Villa was perfect and just what we needed after our stay in Roma! The hot tub was amazing after long walking days. The bedrooms were comfortable and with the AC provide wonderful sleeping nights. The views cannot be beat and we enjoyed cooking in the outdoor kitchen and the private cooking class. Maria the house manager was amazing and unless you have a very small car, you will need the help with the bags and a 12 minute walk to your car, which provided opportunities to interact with local pets and neighbors. We enjoyed exploring from this location!

There is a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the house, but we really enjoyed the walk to the house. At check-in and check-out, they took us with our luggage, highly recommend

The villa was amazing. Beautiful place. A bit difficult to get to need to walk uphill to get to the villa & the neighborhood is rundown, but when the gate to the property opened up……it was worth it.Giuseppe was great! He was always available & very helpful.

Maria was a wonderful host! She was warm and welcoming and gave very clear instructions for arrival. She arranged parking for our vehicle and escorted us with our belongings directly to the property. The photos represented the property well and carried all the amenities we needed for our few days. The location held beautiful views & a peaceful setting. The beds were very comfortable allowing us very peaceful rests. We plan to return to this wonderful home!

This house is a great place to stay for some peace and quiet. The accommodation is lovely and the hot tub overlooking the sea was magical. We had everything that we needed, and it was great to have space to spread out. The outdoor kitchen was well equipped, and the personal touches, like drinks in the fridge and some breakfast items, were very well received. There is a walk, some of which is uphill from the parking garage to the accommodation which takes around 10 minutes, so bear this in mind if you have mobility issues. It was not a problem for us and was a good way to burn off the calories from all the great food! If you are thinking about booking, go for it!

The Villa was beautiful with views of the sea that are stunning. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the home. The outdoor kitchen was great, and we had our own private cooking class there as well. The narrow roads don’t allow for most cars so there is a short walk from the designated parking spot to the Villa. Our host Maria was truly amazing. She greeted us at the meeting point, parked our car and drove us and our luggage to & from the location. She was very helpful and there for us for anything that we required. She recommended a butcher in the town and the nearby grocery store so we could get all our essentials.

This was a beautiful way to end our long trip exploring Italy. The villa is beautiful and the views of the siren islands were spectacular. The only issue was having to walk from the church to the villa because the road was too small for taxi and uber. But we made it work and loved our stay. We didn’t speak with the host much at all but we had a local contact who was amazing. Maria helped us with our luggage and really made us feel like part of the family. She gave us recommendations and told us about the history of the area. She also checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Big shout out for everything she did for us. We will be back.

Amazing property, I will be recommending to friends and family. The view is beautiful, private parking was great in a gated and locked garage. Short walk from parking to Villa, locals are welcoming and friendly. Even pick you up and help take language to villa when you arrive and leave. 15/20 minute drive from Sorrento and 20/25 minute to Positano the perfect middle ground to get to both. If you come across this place whilst looking for a place to stay don’t hesitate book it you won’t regret it. Thanks again for hosting us.

This house is literally a dream! We were so sad to leave because we had such an amazing stay. The villa is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t even do it justice. The AC works so well in the bedrooms too. Maria was so kind she met us at a meeting point and took our bags to the villa for us. Anything we needed she was right there to support us. The outdoor kitchen was incredible. We loved making meals here. In the town there is a butcher and a small market to get a wine and other things. If you don’t rent a small car though you will need to park your car and walk to the villa because the roads are very narrow. We wished we booked a week instead of a few days. We will 100% be back here one day! Thank you so much it was such a lovely stay! Can’t wait to return here
