Girls trip

This was the first time visiting the Cape with a group of girlfriends. We really enjoyed the house and loved the amenities. The pool was closed during our time, but we enjoyed the hot tub. The house was clean and the area was very quiet. Would stay here again!

Dream Vacation Home

Spacious, beautifully-furnished, light-filled home on the Cape, a short 3 minute walk from the beach in a very safe community. Well-stocked kitchen. Appliances/amenities all appear to be brand new. A lovely location for a family retreat. We stayed over Thanksgiving, so cannot speak to the pool/jacuzzi/fire pit since it was too cold to be outside. Prompt, helpful communication with Paul (especially when our son accidentally left his laptop behind!) Would love to stay again sometime. Minor suggestions include pot-holders for kitchen and recycling cans/system.

October Menemsha Stay

The house is absolutely stunning. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and with plenty of space. Very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed here for our wedding and it was perfect! Would recommend to anyone!

Everything about the home and yard was absolutely beautiful. Each room & outside area is like a picture in a magazine yet warm and inviting at the same time. Wonderful stay especially just steps from the pond and beautiful easy,walk to the beach

Fall Half-Week Vacation

We had an amazing trip to Paul's property in Poppy. House is incredible, and Paul is a very responsive host. Wish we came earlier in the year to use the pool, but the hot tub (and overall outdoor space) was excellent. Design of the house fit our family well (2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 grandparents). Amenities were superb and beds were some of the best we've slept in for a rental property. Would definitely come again.

Exceptional!

My family and I had the best stay at this amazing property! The home was beautiful, super clean, and very comfortable! This was by far, the best property we have ever stayed at! We were very impressed at how incredibly accomadating the property was, everything you could possibly want in a vacation home was right there! The location is also wonderful, located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach. We really appreciated the owners for their intentional creative design in this property, it truly makes staying there so effortless and relaxing ! We will absolutely be booking this gem again! We have traveled extensively, but have never returned to the same rental by owner because there are so many unique places in the country to visit. We enjoyed our stay so much, however, that we have already decided to return to this home next year. The house is beautiful, very well-appointed, and has and a kitchen stocked with every amenity a person might need need. We especially loved the heated pool, the hot tub, and the gas fireplace in the living room. Having a bedroom and two rest rooms on the first floor was particularly helpful with elderly parents. We took several short walks to the pond to see the birds, turtles, and ducks, and spent some lovely time at the beach. Our stay could not have been any nicer.

Perfection

Thank you very much Paul and Katie, we couldn’t ask for a better way to end the summer. Your property is absolutely stunning. Every last detail from the furnishings, decor, lighting, landscape design, heated pool and fire pit is all meticulously designed and pure elegance. You can’t beat the proximity to such a beautiful beach and the marketplace. The entire trip was perfection.

Wonderful stay

My family and I just got back from a great week on the Cape. The house was perfect for the 5 of us and conveniently located near the marketplace and beach. The kids fished in Deans pond and enjoyed the pool when they got tired of the beach. The house was very clean, well equipped and made for a comfortable stay. Would recommend it to anyone interested!

Beautiful property!

We had a fantastic family vacation in this incredible home. The location is ideal for enjoying everything Popponesset has to offer. The amenities are all first class and in impeccable condition. Family vacation house

This is a perfect vacation spot for families of young children or for a group of adults! We had a great stay with our young child. We loved hanging out in the heated pool and in the beautiful house. The town has a lot to offer too! Thank you for giving us a relaxing spot to soak up family time! We hope to come back next year!

Perfect!

This amazing house is just as described! My family of 6 enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub very much. My sons really enjoyed the cabana- it seemed much more like a she- shed or man- cave. The house was equipped with everything you could think of and more! The owner was quick to respond to any questions that arose. Check in was smooth and easy! I would rent again if i return to the Cape!

Awesome Property

Our daughter got married at the Popponesset Inn and we rented the house to be close to the Inn. The house is beautiful. Just what you think off when you think of a house on The Cape. The backyard is incredible. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Paul was great and available at all times to answer our questions. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

This property lived up to all expectations. Clean, beautiful property with much attention to detail. All the amenities functioned as expected, we made great use of the pool, hot tub and fire pit. The top deck offered beautiful views and was so relaxing. The decor and cleanliness of the home was top tier. The proximity to Poppy Marketplace allowed us to walk instead of drive. The host was gracious and helpful with information about local offerings. Highly recommend for a fabulous stay.
