Saubere Wohnung in schmuddeliger Umgebung + ToDos für den Hausmeister

++ netter Kontakt zum Verwalter der Wohnung ++ Bilder des Inserats stimmen ++ direkte Lage am Meer toll zum Entspannen und Baden ++ klappbare Tür zwischen Küche und Balkon und damit zum Meer ist toll ++ guter Parkplatz um die Ecke !! Dachgeschoss mit Schrägen, ab 1,85 nicht mehr ohne schiefen Hals machbar - Wohnung ist nur durch Schrank geteilt, hellhörig ToDos für den Hausmeister - bitte Küchenutensilien prüfen (Topf fehlt, Besteck ist kaputt, kein brauchbares Messer, keine Schälchen) - Geschirrspüler kommt einem beim Öffnen entgegen - alle Türzargen sind locker - Verdunklungsrollos kaputt, kommen einem beim Klappen der Fenster entgegen - Sofabett im Wohnzimmer für kleine Kinder ok, für Erwachsene kein erholsamer Schlaf Fazit: + für 5 Nächte völlig ok - vermüllte Umgebung ist auszublenden + guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge Ostküste + Preis für uns angemessen

Vue magnifique et calme

Les équipements sont excellents. La vue sur la mer avec lever de soleil est de toute beauté. On pouvait se garer facilement à chaque fois. Bien situé entre Catane et Taormina, cela nous convenait bien afin d'éviter la foule touristique. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour là bas. Merci Stefano

Appartement très agréable

Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement directement sur la mer. Toutefois, le matériel de cuisine est succint (pas de casserole) et rangé à une hauteur inhabituelle!!

Appartement agréable, lumineux avec vue sur la mer

Appartement très agréable, propre, avec une jolie terrasse sous les toits donnant sur la mer Pour pouvoir l’apprécier il vous faudra monter quelques étages ( avis aux personnes âgées), mais pour notre famille pas de soucis Propriétaire très réactif et arrangeant. Nous vous conseillons cette location au cœur de tout les sites touristiques de l’est de la Sicile

Sehr schönes Apartment in toller Lage

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Apartment, top ausgestattet und sauber in bester Lage zum Strand. wir wurden vor Ort von Guisepper sehr nett begrüßt und später auch betreut. Ein Mangel ( Kühlschrank defekt ) wurde sofort und unkompliziert behoben. Die Lage ist sehr zentral um den Nordosten der Insel zu erkunden. Hier gibt es einige Möglichkeiten. Der Ort selber ist recht einfach, dafür aber auch für einen Urlaubsort sehr günstig. Größere Supermärkte sind bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen, wer aus verständlichen Gründen auf der Insel nicht gerne mit dem Auto fährt findet kleinere Märkte ausreichend im Ort. Der Strand ist während der Ferienzeit gut besucht, aber man bekommt immer einen guten Platz am freien Strand direkt vor der Tür oder auf bezahlten Liegen rechts und links daneben. Fazit : Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und könen dieses Apartment wirklich empfehlen !

Très bel appartement

C'est un très bel appartement, propre, avec tout les équipements nécessaires, fidèle au descriptif. Le propriétaire nous donne toutes les informations nécessaires et met à notre disposition quelques documents touristiques. Très belle vue sur le front de mer. Petite supérette au bas de l'immeuble qui peut être utile. Très bon accueil de Stefano.

Vue sur la mer. Calme absolument au pied de l'Etna. Appartement très bien situé. Giuseppe est d'une grande aide et d'un accueil parfait. Allez-y sans hésitation
