Spacious & Bright - Nr41 Holiday Apartment - Malta South Coast

This lovely apartment is located in the South of the Maltese Islands in the heart of the unique picturesque fishing village of Marsaxlokk. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Only a few minutes away from the promenade, restaurants, shops and bus stops.

Larger than usual 3 bedroom apartment - Main bedroom with en-suite, Double bedroom with balcony overlooking the street and a Twin bedroom with a laundry area balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners.

2 bathrooms - a Family bathroom with tub and the other one with a shower unit in the main bedroom.

This apartment offers a good sized open plan kitchen-Living area with a fully-equipped kitchen and Living with TV and free Wi-fi. In this area one can find a ceiling fan and standing fans for cooling. During winter time a portable heater will be set up in the Living Room and air conditioners in bedrooms can be set to heat mode.

We provide bath towels and bed sheets. Washing machine and ironing facilities are available to be used for free. Beach towels not available.

The property sleeps 6 guests in bedrooms, however a 7th person can be accommodated on the sofabed in the living room.

Cot and High Chair available on request only at time of booking.

This property is in a block of 2 units. There is no lift in the building. (22 stairs to first floor).
