A fabulously furnished large villa in a luxurious setting, with an outdoor swimming pool in a stunning surrounding, where you can relax and enjoying the Sicilian life style.
Ideally located in the west coast of Sicily, making it accessible to beaches and points of interest.

The spacious living/dining room has an exquisite marble floor extending into the bedrooms, is tastefully furnished and provides natural light with a huge window overlooking the front garden with a view of the citrus and other lush trees.
The kitchen and dining room is well equipped for home cooking.
The property consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en suite). One of the rooms is located on a separate upper level with en-suite bathroom, this room opens to a large 360 degree balcony with views.

The serene natural setting of the front garden with a variety of citrus, olive and other seasonal fruit trees. Also a covered garage and ample parking space on the property for extra parking.
The outdoor living area feature an open gazebo where you can relax, have a bbq and enjoy eating al fresco.This area over looks the pool and has the calming effect from the palm trees, has an outside shower and toilet facilities. The Pool and villa are exclusive and private use. As we live on an island, sometimes we have unforeseen circumstances, such as power cuts, water shortage and electrical failures. In these circumstances we will not be able to reimburse you. Please book at your own risk. Thank you.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay! From the very beginning, the host made everything so easy and stress-free. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating—even when I had last-minute changes, she adjusted without any problem. On top of that, she provided me with all the resources I needed for a smooth trip and went the extra mile by offering several thoughtful suggestions that really added to my time in Sicily. It was clear she truly cared about making sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible.The residence itself was fantastic—modern, beautifully kept, and equipped with all the necessities and comforts one could ask for. It felt both stylish and cozy, which made it the perfect place to come back to after exploring the area. Everything was exactly as described, and I couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations.My only regret is not being able to stay longer in Sicily! What a wonderful place. House is beautiful and the pool was great. Never got to meet Izzy personally but she was great at keeping in touch with me. Great location. Some beautiful views from the upstairs bedroom. I would definitely love to stay there again next time I'm visiting family in Sicily. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

An excellent villa

As a family, we had a great time at this villa. You will definitely need a car to travel around the island - but ensure that your rental isn’t too large as many roads in Sicily are narrow! Izzi was a great host and made us feel very welcome. The pool and outdoor area was beautiful and very private. The inside of the villa was well furnished. You are near to the beaches and towns of Marsala and Trapani and also local supermarkets. Ensure that you use adequate insect repellent as you are out in the countryside. An amazing holiday in an outstanding villa!

wonderful, relaxing stay

The villa is absolutely stunning and clean! It is very spacious and allowed us the opportunity to spread out and enjoy some alone time without being on top of one another. The pool was beautiful. A great way to cool off after a long hot day. The villa is a short drive from a main road (however make sure you have a working GPS as there are many turns to make) and only about 10 minutes away from the city of Marsala, which has a lovely town square and many restaurants to choose from. A good base for exploring western Sicily. All in all a wonderful stay and Izzy ,the property owner , was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Sicily again.

Wonderful spot to relax

Our group of six really enjoyed the comfort of this unique Sicily villa and the hospitality of the owner. This is a great spot to "get away from it all" if you need to recharge. The home was immaculately clean and the garden and pool lovely. One caveat: Consider the size of the vehicle you are going to be driving if you are a larger group. Our Fiat Ducati was much too large for the narrow lanes leading to the house. Other than this, all was lovely.

Great place!

The only reason I don’t give this house five stars on everything is that the AC didn’t work during our 10 days stay. Ismat did really try and had electricians working on the problem from day one. Hopefully it worked for those who came after us. Otherwise the house is great. Especially the quiet, calm atmosphere in the garden with the nice pool. You’ll need a car, but then it’s only tree minutes to the nearest supermarket and 10-15 minutes to the town center.

A truly great experience!

We just returned from the most incredible stay at Izzi's villa in Marsala, and I'm still pinching myself! The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The images don't even begin to do it justice - the property is truly stunning. The house was immaculately clean and perfectly maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The pool was absolute perfection - crystal clear and refreshing. And the garden? Absolutely breathtaking! It's clear that Izzi takes great pride in the property, and it shows. But what really made our stay stand out was Izzi's exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly supportive and provided us with fantastic tips and recommendations for exploring the area. Her warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home. wunderschöne Oase

Das Anwesen ist noch beeindruckender als es die Fotos zeigen können. Wir wurden von der Besitzerin herzlich empfangen und mit allen Informationen versorgt die wir brauchten. Das Haus, der Pool, die liebvolle Einrichtung, einfach alles hat dazu geführt dass wir uns immer gefreut haben nach einem Ausflug zurückzukehren. Fantastisches Objekt

Wir waren zu dritt in der Villa, Ehepaar und Erwachsene Tochter. Wir wurden von der Eigentümerin herzlich empfangen und gleich mit einigen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt versorgt. Das Anwesen ist ziemlich groß. Im Garten ist ein großer Pavillon und ein riesiger Pool, Obstbäume und Palmen. 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad 2 Wohnzimmer, Küche alles klimatisiert. Es fehlt einen an nichts. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants und Supermärkte. Marsala erreicht man in ca. 10 min Fahrt und Strände in ca. 15 min. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt (10 Tage) sehr genossen. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Villa sehr zu empfehlen. Einen erneuten Aufenthalt können wir uns vorstellen. Beste Grüße an Izzy.

Wunderschönes Domizil

Wir waren in der Villa in Sizilien sehr gut untergebracht: Ein wunderschönes gepflegtes Haus, ruhige Lage, toller Garten mit Pool. Klimaanlage im Haus war perfekt ( wir nutzten gerne die Klima im Schlafzimmer weil es sehr warm war. Werden es gerne weiterempfehlen, bzw auch nochmal kommen!

Amazing villa with lovely garden

We had the best time! The house is huge, the garden also. The pool is really big. It also had a trampoline which the kids loved. Totally private and even better than in the pictures. Just a short drive from nice beaches and points of interests. We got some really good recommendations from Izzi of things to see and do in the area. Could highly recommend!

Wir durften knapp 2 Wochen in der Villa Sizillia verbringen. Eine irrsinnig schöne Villa, sehr gut und luxuriös ausgestattet mit einem wunderschönen Garten und einem perfekten Pool den wir häufig genutzt haben. Gleich in der Gegend gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken sowie das Meer mit vielen schönen Stränden.

Wunderbare zwei Wochen

Wir haben vom 23.08.-06.09.20 zwei wunderbare Wochen in Marsala verbracht. Von Anfang an war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr nett. Das Haus und das ganze Anwesen sind in Wirklichkeit viel größer als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt uns der Pool ist sauber und groß. Marsala, Trapani und Mazara sind interessante Städte in der Nähe. Zu schönen Stränden fährt man 20 Minuten mit dem Auto Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

OTTIMA STRUTTURA

Struttura ottima per un soggiorno di relax e tranquillità a pochi KM dal mare. Strade di accesso strette per chi dispone di macchine di grande dimensioni. Piscina e Gazebo in giardino super! Casa più bella dal vivo e servita di tutto, Host gentilissimo e disponibile. Unica pecca, la terza camera da letto non adatta ad una terza coppia. Da ritornarci. Location de rêve

La maison est magnifique, très propre. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment très agréable. Izzie est de plus une hôtesse charmante. La situation de la villa permet sans problème d’explorer la Sicile africaine et les environs de Palerme.
