Located in a cozy and residential area of Marrakech, you will be 15 minutes from the medina, 10 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the European district (Gueliz hivernage).
The Villa is located in a private and ultra secure residence (security 24/24 and 7/7)
Swimming pool not overlooked.

You can swim in a private swimming pool and not overlooked, always maintained with care.
The exterior consists of an exotic garden and tree-lined walls, as well as a covered terrace and an outdoor shower and wc.
The property has private parking with motorized gate.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all the necessary household appliances and crockery.
A cook for your breakfasts and snacks can be made available to you.
The villa has 2 large oriental lounges and 1 European TV corner on the ground floor.

Beautiful House in Marrakech

We had a fantastic stay at this house, it is huge and really well maintained, the owner and Sidi the caretaker were both very hospitable and helped us with all our needs, the rooftop terrace is lovely to relax and enjoy the last sunshine, the swimming pool was heated and also had a cover over it so it kept its heat as we went in January and the evening temperatures normally cool the pool down. The owner helped us book our trips and restaurants /taxi etc… we can’t fault the location or the house, it was well equipped kitchen /bbq etc… We will be back Simon & Ruth x

Great location in Marrakech

Everything for this rental went smoothly and our experience was a really good introduction to Morocco. The owner was a great communicator and the house large, clean, and lovely. Sidi Ahmed, the caretaker, was available for all our needs. We hired a cook and a driver as the house is in a residential area too far from sites and restaurants to walk. We were looked after so beautifully and are grateful for the care received.

J'ai passé un weekend à cette résidence avec ma famille. Le séjour était excellent. De la réservation au départ, tout s'est bien passé : la communication a été claire, les photos de l'annonce conformes à la réalité sur site, la résidence propre et bien entretenue, la piscine très propre et agréable. Le bonus étant le concierge Sidi Ahmed et la cuisinière Samira. Ils ont été d'une grande gentillesse et d'une disponibilité sans faille. Je recommande le tajine au poulet citron de Samira, il est délicieux. Je reviendrai à coup sûr.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’accueil de Sidi Ahmed ainsi que les plats cuisinés par Samira ont été remarquables. Merci a Salah ( Proprietaire de la villa) pour sa communication et ses conseils qui nous ont permis de passer un agréable séjour.

RIEN À DIRE !!! Tout était parfait

Vraiment un bon accueil , dans une belle villa bien équipée, toujours propre que ce soit la piscine , l’extérieur ou l’interieur. Vraiment le personnel au petit soin, on avait rien à faire à part se détendre et profiter de Marrakech. Qui est ville Magnifique. Le Maroc est accueillant et formidable. À refaire rapidement.

Nous sommes beaucoup heureux.

Très bien accueilli And excellente personne. Le villa est parfait pour la famille et mes amis. Ahmed le gardien est merveilleux et humain et Samira qui merveilleusement la cuisine marocaine. Ces options sont excellentes pour nous. Grand et spécial merci à le propriétaire Salah pour toute l’organisation de notre séjour. ( quad/ dromadaire / jet ski...) WE LOVE MOROCCO!!!

Villa conforme aux attentes et très spacieuse. Les prestataires, cuisinière et le chauffeur sont top! La nourriture délicieuse et Samira a été très accueillante et très serviable. Il en est de même pour le chauffeur qui était ponctuel et très sympathique. A refaire!

Exceptionnelle, a refaire.

Marrakech est une ville magnifique ! Il y a temps de choses à découvrir, nous reviendrons rapidement. Ce qui nous a marqué, c’est l’acceuil Au sein de la Villa. En plus d’être une très belle maison, Très bien équipée, les hôtes étaient au petit soin. Samira la cuisinière nous a régalé et laissait la maison toujours impeccable. Ahmed le gardien très serviable quand nous le réclamions. En bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci à eux !

Acceuil au top!!!

La maison est excentré de la place, environ 20 min. Mais facile d'accès par un bus juste derrière la villa. La maison est spacieuse bien aménagée. Le services avec option petit déjeuner était très satisfaisant. La piscine toujours propre. A refaire.
